Such terms will be communicated separately in the applicable quotation, purchase order, technical agreement, or other written documentation.

9. Standards and Compliance

Where specified, our products may be designed or manufactured with reference to applicable national or international testing standards, including ASTM, ISO, BIS, IEC, and other relevant specifications.

The applicable standard or test method depends on the specific product, configuration, application, and customer requirement.

Customers are responsible for confirming the suitability of the selected equipment for their intended testing method, material, application, regulatory requirement, or internal quality-control procedure.

Where required, customers should communicate the applicable testing standard or specification before order confirmation so that the appropriate configuration can be evaluated.

Customers should inspect equipment upon delivery for visible transportation damage, missing items, or discrepancies.

Any apparent damage or shortage should be reported to P.D. Sales Agency within a reasonable period after delivery, together with relevant supporting documentation or photographs where applicable.

Calibration does not necessarily constitute repair, modification, or certification of the equipment unless expressly included in the agreed scope.

Technical support, installation, training, maintenance, repair, and other services may be subject to separate charges and service conditions.
